We strive to offer same day fulfillment on most weekdays and Saturday, excluding holidays. If you order Saturday night, or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
We ship internationally to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Europe.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.
If your item is damaged, broken, or upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a full refund or return upon reasonable proof.
Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, check your mailbox, and you can also contact delivery provider with your tracking number for more info.
INSKO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed to the carrier.
